Largest single app: Avada AI SEO Image Optimizer, 2 of 24 reports. At least 15 reports across 2 app records; recency and concentration still need review.
24 reports by month, oldest first. The last month is still in progress (Nov 2026).
Merchants adding analytics, chat or supplier apps sometimes report a slower customer-facing store. A Jotform reviewer asks for lazy loading because the widget is "slowing down my page load speed". A Chizy reviewer describes a severe mobile slowdown, and a Syncee merchant reports uninstalling despite having paid for the app. The tradeoff is keeping useful app functionality without making shoppers wait.
Some grouped reviews describe slow analytics dashboards, crashes or unavailable services rather than storefront loading, so the totals are an upper bound on this specific pain. There is a plausible build case around identifying and reducing a verified storefront burden. The evidence does not support a blanket speed guarantee, a claimed sales lift or a validated price for another optimization tool.
