Merchants selling bundles, personalized products or optional extras report a mismatch between what shoppers select and what reaches the order. Reviews describe a promised free gift missing, only part of a bundle entering the cart, custom options disappearing at checkout and a selected protection product never being added. One Globo reviewer says an extra item "doesn’t appear in the final order", leaving the merchant and customer with different expectations.
This is an early validation target: retaining the shopper's accepted selection is an observable requirement with direct order consequences. The evidence also includes generic failures and a request to remove a selected option, so the totals exceed the precise loss reports. A founder should validate a narrow, reproducible integration boundary before promising broad compatibility or treating this as demand for another bundle builder.
